Public offer for the provision of services
This document is a public offer (proposal) by the Operator of the UZDATA service (hereinafter the «Provider») addressed to any legally capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter the «Customer») to conclude a paid information-services agreement on the terms set out below.
Registration on the Service and/or payment for access to it is deemed full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
1. Terms and definitions
- Service — the UZDATA software-and-hardware system available at uzdata.online, giving the Customer access to information about Uzbekistan companies engaged in foreign-trade activity.
- Provider — the Operator of the Service, providing the Services and holding the rights to the Service and its databases.
- Services — the information services described in section 3.
- Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by registering on the Service and/or paying for access.
- Personal account — the closed part of the Service available to the Customer after sign-in.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Provider undertakes to give the Customer access to the Service's information tools on the terms of this offer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for such access in the established manner.
2.2. The Services are provided remotely — over the internet on the Service's website.
3. Composition of the services
The Provider gives the Customer access to the following tools of the Service:
- A database of Uzbekistan companies — importers and exporters — compiled from open foreign-trade data;
- Search for companies by HS code, product name, trading country, as well as by an organisation's name, TIN or address;
- A company profile: foreign-trade volumes, import and export directions, counterparty countries, monthly dynamics, industry indicators, and contact details from open sources;
- Export of search results to Excel.

4. Price and payment procedure
4.1. Part of the Service's functionality may be provided free of charge (a demo mode with limited output). Paid plans (a 1, 3 or 12-month subscription) are published on the Service's website and form an integral part of this offer from the moment of publication.
4.2. Prices are stated in US dollars.
4.3. The payment methods listed on the «Payment» page are accepted: bank invoice for legal entities and sole proprietors.
4.4. The Service is deemed paid from the moment funds are received by the Provider.
4.5. An electronic payment receipt is sent to the e-mail provided by the Customer at payment.
5. Service term
5.1. Access to the Service is granted within 1 (one) business day of payment, usually immediately after a successful charge.
5.2. Subscription plans are valid for the paid period (1, 3 or 12 months) from activation.
5.3. One-off services (for example, an individual selection of companies for a product or direction) are provided within a period agreed with the Customer, but no more than 14 business days from payment.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1. The Provider undertakes to:
- Provide the Customer access to the Service and deliver the paid Services;
- Keep the Service operational 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance;
- Maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's data under the privacy policy;
- Process requests and refund claims in a timely manner.
6.2. The Provider has the right to:
- Change the composition, prices and functionality of the Service with at least 7 days' notice to the Customer;
- Engage third parties to provide the Services without the Customer's approval;
- Suspend the Customer's access to the Service if the Customer breaches the offer.
6.3. The Customer undertakes to:
- Provide accurate data at registration and payment;
- Keep the login and password confidential;
- Not transfer access to the Personal account to third parties;
- Not use the Service for purposes contrary to law (mass spam mailing, automated data scraping, etc.).
6.4. The Customer has the right to:
- Receive the paid Services in full;
- Contact support on any matter related to the Service;
- Request a refund in the cases set out in the «Refund» section on the «Payment» page.
7. Nature of the information and liability of the parties
7.1. Company data is compiled from open sources and foreign-trade statistics. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep it current but does not guarantee absolute completeness or accuracy and is not liable for decisions the Customer makes on its basis.
7.2. The Provider is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect losses of the Customer arising from commercial decisions made on the basis of information obtained using the Service;
- Acts or omissions of third parties, including the Customer's banks and counterparties;
- Failures caused by force majeure, internet-provider and hosting outages;
- The Customer's breach of the offer.
7.3. The Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the amount of Services paid by the Customer over the last 12 months preceding the event.
8. Refunds
The terms and procedure for refunds are set out on the «Payment» page and form an integral part of this offer.
9. Confidentiality and personal data
Personal data is processed under the privacy policy. By accepting this offer, the Customer confirms agreement with its terms.
10. Term of the offer and amendment procedure
10.1. The offer takes effect from publication on the Service and is valid until withdrawn or replaced by a new revision.
10.2. The Provider may amend the terms of the offer unilaterally. A new revision takes effect from publication unless otherwise stated in its text.
10.3. The Customer must independently monitor the current revision of the offer at https://uzdata.online/legal/offer.
11. Dispute resolution
11.1. The parties resolve all disputes through negotiation.
11.2. A pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory. The deadline to respond to a claim is 30 calendar days from its receipt.
11.3. Failing agreement, the dispute is referred to court under applicable law.
